Private house

The residence extends across three levels: two above-ground floors with a combined area of 370 m² and a 450 m² basement.

The upper levels accommodate the living and dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms, separate dressing rooms, study, bathrooms and service spaces. The basement contains an independent guest suite, a second living area with a home cinema, gym, heated swimming pool, hammam and sauna, together with temperature-controlled champagne and wine cellars, technical rooms and additional service areas.

Two large planted light wells bring natural light and ventilation into the basement. Beyond their practical function, these sunken gardens create an intimate and unexpected atmosphere within the adjoining rooms.

Almost every element was custom-designed and made for the project, from the staircases and balustrades to the cutting patterns and installation of stone and marble, as well as most of the furniture.
